Cypress Consulting Group, Ltd. was incorporated in 1995. Our mission is to help small business gain better control of their business by providing the expertise in the technical and operational areas of business that so many small and medium businesses need. We strive to give our clients the depth of knowledge and experience that they desire but are unable or unwilling to support within their organization.

The following biographical sketches of the three principals of the organization will give you an idea of the knowledge and experience within the organization. 

Ted Giesler
Ted is the president of Cypress Consulting Group, Ltd. He has worked in the Information Technology field for over 20 years as either a consultant or in management. Ted has spent most of his time in the industry working with communications and various communication networks. Additionally he designed and implemented a number of systems over the years including the control system for a major international heavy equipment manufacturer's " Factory of the Future" in France. He was one of the authors of the first totally electronic stock exchange in the US. He spent over a year on a USAID project providing technical design support and was responsible for the operational implementation of an Over-The-Counter stock exchange in Poland. He studied computer science at the University of Illinois Chicago, received a BA from Roosevelt University and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Business.
Deborah Giesler
Deborah has twenty plus years experience in Corporate Real Estate/Facility Management with experience in the healthcare, consulting, and legal and telecommunication environments. Expertise includes real estate portfolio, facility and construction management, and budget development. She has been responsible for field site selection, development, relocation, acquisitions and divestitures for several corporations. She also has hands on experience with site operation and management. Deborah has her Masters in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, IL and a BA in Education from Milton College in Milton, WI.
Grant Giesler
Grant is a vice-president of Cypress Consulting Group, Ltd. and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has worked in financial and operations management for over 20 years. Grant has focused on problem solving with the interface between operations and finance in high growth and turnaround environments. His experience includes manufacturing and service operations including the construction and food service industries. Additionally, he has implemented both new and upgrade operations to fully integrate operational financial management. He studied accounting at the University of Illinois Chicago where he received a BA.
